GSatSolar / GSatRancher / Cattle GPS Ear Tag
- Warranty Period: 1 Year
- Coverage: This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. We will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
- Exclusions: This warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship. This includes issues resulting from modifications, misuse, or damages incurred by the user.
Given the unpredictable nature of satellite communication, we cannot guarantee the exact number of reports. For instance, if you opt for 6-hour updates, please note that occasional disruptions may occur due to factors such as satellite positioning and weather conditions. These variables can occasionally hinder the successful communication between the device and the satellite. If your device misses position updates, please be aware that this does not constitute a defective device.
TitanLTE / DiscoveryLTE / GB130
- Warranty Period: 2 Years
- Coverage: We provide a two-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for the TitanLTE, DiscoveryLTE, and GB130 products. During the warranty period, LoneStar Tracking LLC will repair or replace, at no charge, the products that prove defective.
- Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damages caused by the customer, such as accidental damage, misuse, or wear and tear from normal use.
Oyster / Yabby / Hawk / Remora
- Warranty Period: Lifetime (with active subscription)
- Coverage: For customers maintaining an active subscription, we offer a lifetime warranty on the Oyster, Yabby, Hawk, and Remora products. This warranty covers manufacturer defects, and we will repair or replace the device at no cost.
- Exclusions: The lifetime warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse by the user or if the subscription is inactive.
Sense & Locate Water Tank Monitoring System
- Warranty Period: 1 Year
- Coverage: The Sense & Locate Water Tank Monitoring System is covered under a one-year warranty for defects in material and workmanship. We will repair or replace defective units at no charge during this period.
- Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damages resulting from user actions such as improper installation, misuse, or physical damage.
